Who are we?

Both of us have worked and are still working for companies with a strong service mindset. Sinah has worked for brands such as Disneyland Paris, Hermès, CHANEL and Rituals. Lars has worked for Lufthansa, Dr. Fuchs Cosmetics and TUI. We learned so much from these different industries and brands and want to share our best practices with you.

On a personal note, we are both from Germany and live in the Netherlands. We are married and love spending time with our friends and families.

What drives us?

Passion.
Everything we do, we do with passion. We strongly feel it when we are training, working with people and thinking about how to deliver the best service. And in case we don’t feel it, we don’t do it. Why would we do something we don’t feel passionate about?

People.
This is the reason we do what we do – because of people. We love working and creating together with people. We want to develop the potential in each and everyone, because people never stop learning and neither do we.

Positivity.
smilet is all about smiling and we are all about positivity. We see training as something very positive. Managers want to invest in their team members to further develop them. It doesn’t get much better than this!

Sinah

Trainer & Learning Designer

At Hermès I trained the staff of a luxury brand in product, sales, service and culture topics. I delivered a positive start in their careers with an impactful onboarding training. At Accenture I further specialized in digital trainings, created E-Learnings, video learnings and delivered Train-the-Trainer sessions. At Rituals I encountered the training needs in the cosmetic industry and created learning strategies for a global roadmap. At CHANEL I am the Digital Learning Manager, creating the digital learning strategy and content, while also delivering online and in person trainings.
I am looking forward to working with you on the whole training cycle and to provide trainings in Dutch, English, French and German.

Lars

Trainer & Consultant

My strength is diversity. The companies I have worked for, Lufthansa, Dr. Fuchs Cosmetics and my current employer TUI are part of service minded industries of different sizes. I have experienced onboarding and training in different forms as a learner myself and will use this background to create trainings that suit your company and your individual needs.
My passion is service. I loved working in a nursing home, at a bowling alley and the customer service team of a logistics provider. A product is only as good as the service that comes with it.
I am looking forward to elevating your trainings to the next level in English, Dutch and German.

Our Partner

Located in the beautiful town of Munich operates our partner Bastian Winkels, a retailer from head to toe and founder of Neo Society Retail Consulting. He not only provides retail consulting drawing from his wealth of experience in the retail Industry but also serves the best Matcha in Munich (maybe in Europe?) from his two Neo Society Matcha Bar & Concept Stores.
